Who provides the service
Neli is operated by Victoria Gabriela Ibáñez Gámez, an individual residing in Mexico. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; any dispute will be resolved before the competent Mexican courts, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
The service
Neli is an app to save your memories with their meaning and help you come back to them. It has a free plan and a paid Premium plan, billed monthly or yearly, with a free trial period. Access to Neli is purchased through Hotmart and used inside the app, hosted on Vercel.
What Neli is NOT
Neli is not a therapy, psychological counseling or medical support service. What Neli gives back to you (connections between memories, findings about your month or year, memories that return) is calculated automatically only from what you saved, may not fully reflect what you lived, and doesn’t replace a professional’s judgment. See the Artificial intelligence notice.
Your content is yours
Everything you save in Neli — photos, videos, audio, text — remains yours. We never use it to train third-party AI models.
Acceptable use
Neli is for personal use. Don’t use it to store other people’s content without their consent, or for illegal activities. We may suspend or close accounts that break this, notifying you by email when possible.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Neli.
Subscription and cancellation
The Premium plan renews automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime from your account — see How to cancel. When you cancel, your account and your memories keep existing; you only lose the Premium features once the period you already paid for ends.
Limitation of liability
Neli is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep your memories safe and available, but we don’t guarantee the service will be error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
